hello.

As the title suggests, after pushing in the Z direction at a fixed place, the print continues without the filament being output. It recurs even after thorough bed cleaning and nozzle cleaning. It happens even if I adjust the Z level. Why.

I do not think there is enough information in this post.  If you are still having the issue, try to explain it more.

Hi cwbullet.

Please check back as we will upload the video.

Condition: octo print,PRUSA mini,PLA

Model X: Model where the phenomenon occurs

(1) Printing starts on a specific model X.

(2) Nozzle progresses in the +Z direction in the middle of the first layer print, causing heat bed interference (pressing).

(3) The nozzle moves in the -Z direction and printing continues without purging the filament.

◎Heat bed interference always occurs at a fixed position of the first layer.

◎Not occur when printing via USB by disconnecting the octo print

◎Not occur with other models.

RE:

What slicer version and what Mini firmware version do you have? You need the latest released firmware version to work with the latest slicer version. What version of Octoprint? If it works with the USB stick then there could be a bug in Octoprint or in the firmware that talks to Octoprint.

Regards,

Mark
