Training not aligned, normal?

Hello 🙂

I have just mounted the printer, I push the filament, and start the loading of the filamenent, I hear that the motor is running and the wheel is also above, but the filament is not taken by the gear, I I took it apart and saw that the alignment is not good, I checked the assembly steps and I don't think I forgot anything.

An idea of the problem ?

Is the spring installed on the tensioner?  Have you adjusted the tensioner?

For me, that's outside of "acceptable" tolerances -filament path (hole) is almost half diameter off.

I happen to have a Prusa factory printed part (part of a kit I built last month), the bearing, and the extruder gear.  Looks similar to yours.  I have 2 Minis printing daily and working fine with my own prints of this part.
