Printing lines on all layers

What I have done :

- Adjusted the correct tension of the filament extruder screw.
- Tried other brands of PLA.
- Checked the Bowden tube.
- Decreased and increased nozzle temperature.
- Reduced the printing speed.
- Reduced retraction (1 mm).
- Disassembled and cleaned the extruder system (gears).
- I even changed the extruder motor.
- Changed nozzle for a new one.
- Disassembled, readjusted the hotend and the mini PTFE tube so as not to have a gap.

Cleaned and greased every 200 hours without exception..... I do not know what to do !

Has anyone had this kind of problem before? I print parts for resale and can't do anything with it.

xyz alignment problem if you have some one to print you
https://www.printables.com/model/61817-prusa-mini-aligner
then recalibrate printer.

Try a different infill pattern and add another top layer or two.

Yours looks like grid with two top layers I would try adaptive cubic and four top layers.

The 'others images' are a different problem, let's deal with them one at a time.

take a look on toll object image its no keeping dimensions and lower one its dragging nozzle on the print. Infill has nothing to do with this print.

Ok, "str0gg", I'll try that.

I will begin by printing the "Prusa Mini Aligner". I have a second Prusa Mini which work well. I'll print it out and see what happens.

Thank you very much to you and "Diem", and I'll come back when it's done.

P.s.: I am a French Canadian trying to write good explanations in English, so pardon me if I made some mistakes.... 😉

Ok, I have printed the "Prusa Mini Aligner" and test. Result: No xyz alignment problem.

Still have a problem .... Others suggestions ?
