Grinding Y Axis Motor

Hello All,
My Y axis has been making a loud grinding noise since my last print. It seems to be coming from the motor. It seems to not be "grabbing" and stutters when it moves. I've attached a video. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I don't see your video, I think I can have similar problem that I've described in 'Range of motion of Y axis' topic...

I hope you will repair this.
