Need help troubleshooting

I been having problem with the print quality of my prusa mini+

I am using prusa petg at 245 at hotend and 90 on the bed. I updated the firmware and tightened all the belt, it made little to no difference. I am printing with stock setting in prusa slicer 2.3.0. You can see in the picture that the print is just all over the place. The corner is not sharpe, the gap is not straight, and the print shrink in the middle.
