I just received my prusa mini and I assembled it but there is no power

If you have the possibilities, I would check the voltage of the power supply with a multimeter. It should be around 24V. If there is no voltage, probably the power supply is defective. In this case please contact Prusa Chat. This is the fastest way and they will replace the defective part immediately.

I know it may sound dumb, but, have you checked the fuse in the plug if there is one? Also the fuses on the main electronics board?  It's amazing how they can blow before you even turn it on!
