Mini+ print problems
Hello,
ia have a lot of problems with printing on my Prus mini. I tryed to clean everything, check tubing, re-grease bearings, check is mini squared, change a nossle, belts tension, all sort of advices from forums..
As you can see on pictures it work horrible. I have it for less than a year now and i did not expect just to brake down like this. It is not used so much, maybe 2 kg of filament in 6-7 months..
Let's deal with the obvious things first, there will probably be a couple of small problems left to resolve after this:
Your print-sheet is dirty, clean and degrease it.
Did you run a first layer Z configuration after changing the nozzle? Run one now and show us the result, *on the print sheet*, I suspect the offset needs to go lower.
Dry your filament.
With power off, move both axes by hand; are they smooth? Does the resistance stay the same over the whole range?
Make your next print this:

It MUST be printed in Prusament PETG or the spring tension will be wrong.
Cheerio,
RE: Mini+ print problems
Hello,
print sheet was dirty only on the photo, i always clean it before print. Also i did all calibrations and it's fine.
It seams that my problem is wet filament. I found one unopened sample and it prints perfectly. So thank you for this tip.
Now i'm in process of finding dryer. Do you have any recomendations?
There are lots of threads here. I just use a food dehydrator.
Cheerio,

One thing that jumps out at me is your live Z is way too high. That needs adjustment too.
