Major issue with first level
For some reason, the first layer lines won’t stick to eachother or the second layer except on one side. If anyone has any advice it would be useful to know. I am printing with PLA using a 0.4 mm nozel and slicing my models on prusaslicer.

Sounds line the bed is not level, though it is hard to tell with the attached photo

If the lines of the first layer do not stick together, you should do another first layer calibration. It looks like your Nozzel is too far away from the bed. https://help.prusa3d.com/en/article/first-layer-calibration_112364
If the problem only occurs in some parts of the bed, check that the bed is flat. Put the edge of a straightedge on the bed and you should see an even little gap between the bed and the straightedge.
