heat bed temp sensor gone bad?

I turned on the printer today and the heat bed is showing -15 degrees and blinking red. I unplug/re-plugged it back into the buddy board and downgraded to 4.01 and back to 4.03. Any time I try to do anything, I get a watchdog reboot. Any advice?

Thanks

It is possible that sensor is bad, or wires broke. Not uncommon with MINI. https://forum.prusa3d.com/forum/hardware-firmware-and-software-help/pictures-say-more-than-a-thousand-words/

Chat with support to arrange replacement.

I've checked the wiring, tried using a different thermistor port and making sure the connector was properly plugged in, but to no avail. The fluctuations are brief enough that they don't cause any problems when printing.
