DO NOT BUY FOR FIRST TIME PRINTERS
I bought a Core One plus. Within a few weeks I have a clog that I am unable to clear.
I have tried both the instructions for cold pull on the printer and on the website.
I now have a $1,500 paper weight as the gears click trying to load filament.
To make the point, it was Prusa filament as well...
I can not find a help section to contact support, so this is it. Unless you are professional 3d printer, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

Would you like help troubleshooting? There are other techniques you can try to clear a stubborn clog, the most severe being replacing the nozzle.
Or are you posting to vent feelings of frustration or get comraderie? The forum can probably help in any of those cases.

The top of this page - and most other pages.
But better is Chat - at bottom right of most pages on the main prusa3d.com website.
Cheerio,
RE: DO NOT BUY FOR FIRST TIME PRINTERS
you mentioned using prusament.... PLA, PTEG, ....which type? Prusa slicer? What filament profile? Modified profile? yes there is a reason for all the questions. I've recently been bitten by heat creep (subsequently, totally clogged nozzle) but it was due to a number of errors on my part.
RE: DO NOT BUY FOR FIRST TIME PRINTERS
I am using Prusa black PLA filament. Thank you for following up, I appreciate the support.

I have been working wtih support. They are really helpful, friendly and supportive. The next step is to remove the hot end to find the issue. Closing this thread. Thank you for those who offered help.

This thread is a good example of one of the many reasons I like this forum. Someone comes here with a problem and their frustrated and angry. The post isn’t taken down by the Mods it’s answered by other hobbyists who know how frustrating 3D printing can be sometimes.
Also Thank You for saying Thank You. I wish more people would do that. People like Foxrun and Diem answer a lot of questions on this forum and I don’t think they get thanked as often as they should.

Ok, I’m still trying to decide if Obeisance is a AI Bot or a person using AI?? It’s getting harder and harder to tell. I could be wrong but I don’t think a lot of people from Detroit use the word “comraderie”(camaraderie)?? ;-))
RE: DO NOT BUY FOR FIRST TIME PRINTERS
I could be a bot, it's hard to tell or convince in any case. But i currently despise ai; human or robot, I'm firmly a skeptic. So far, i tried using it as i would use Google scholar and it gave me a plausible answer. Then, when i asked for links to the journal articles used to form its response, they were in the wrong field (e.g. biology instead of batteries), in the wrong chemistry (aqueous instead of organic) or simply didn't exist.
This is irrelevant to the topic at hand, though. Although I read 'the forum traffic seems light' thread and thought it was nice that this place wasn't filled with wandering, off topic banter, i am now guilty of exactly that.
You could always check my printables uploads... (The account credentials are linked, right?). No respectable bot would limit themselves to such simple geometries.
