Prusa Core One Gantry Wiper - Wipe Your Nozzle at ANY Time During a Print
Hi all!
I've created a Gantry Mounted Nozzle Wiper for the Core One. It slides onto the Gantry with no tools and is easily removable. It makes use of the existing Nozzle Wiper V2 G-code generator from 6d6178 as well as uses the same Bambu Lab A1 Silicon Nozzle Brush!
The design requires no hardware other than the Silicon Nozzle Brush. I've also included the Fusion360 design files for any modifications you may want to do.
It is designed to work with the Gantry Primer which is a soon to be released solution to allow for nozzle priming/purging at any point during a print!

Nice.
I have a pack of those nozzle wipers in my drawer, but with INDX (hopefully) arriving soon I'm holding off to see what my options are then.

I assume that long lever is meant to carry a tray to catch primed filament? Wouldn't it be better to have the wiper, which experiences a bit of mechanical load, next to the mounting point and the poop container further out on the long lever?

The long lever is due to where I can place the silicon brush. The silicon brush can't be placed right next to the gantry due to the heated build plate having a notch there which blocks its position. The nozzle can't reach out further than that as well

I see, that makes sense. Come to think of it, with the slightly larger Cryogrip sheet which I quite like, it looks like there is no adequate spare room for a wiper at all. Pity!
