Extruder clicking

After 1 month of great prints - in the middle of a print, the extruder stopped extruding filament and continued printing without filament

I unloaded and reloaded filament (PETg) cleared the bowden tube, heated the hot end to 285 for 30 minutes - cleared all filament

Reloaded the PETg the extruder is clicking - I adjusted the 2 set screws, but still clicking

Any ideas

Thank you for the reply

I have done that used the needle and tried to push filament through into the top of the nozzle- but  I am not seeing the filament coming through the gears and the clicking is quite loud  I cannot figure out why the print stopped pushing filament but kept on printing as if the filament was still flowing  I am very happy with this printers preformance

RE: Extruder clicking

You've got a clogged nozzle mate. Can be a pain to resolve, especially with CHT (HF) nozzles.

RE: Extruder clicking

I purchased E3D Obxidian Prusa Nozzles for MK4/XL - 0.4mm × 1 and installed it this am

I am again printing up a storm

I also purchased Polymaker 3D Printing Filament Dryer and Storage Box  with an extra Storage Box

Hopefully this will keep me on the straight and narrow

Thanks for the input from the Forum
