What "size" are the aluminum extrusions?

I want to attach some things to the side of the vertical aluminum extrusion, but I don't know exactly what this kind of extrusion is called or what "size" it is so I can find the right drop-in t-nuts that fit securely in the slots. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

They're called 3030 extrusions. What you're looking for is this stuff: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07P1PMZSM

I prefer to use these: https://smile.amazon.com/Binzzo-Elastic-Aluminum-Extrusion-Profile/dp/B0819BLXMR

hate T-nuts.

Hey, those look great! Didn't know such things existed. Will go on my shopping list.

In general I like these, somehow more pukka than t-nuts but with two tiny problems.  Some disassembly may be required if you don't have access the the extrusions "end grain" and they sit flush with the face of the extrusion so you can't have a locating web (I know thats not the right word but my old brain can't remember the right one) sitting in the gap as you can with t-nuts.

One good trick with t-nuts is to increase the friction between screw and nut to ensure that the nut turns to lock its self when you tighten the screw. A piece of  purge line works well.
