warped bed on the Mini ?
I have a silicon mod on my Mini for a while and I started having this issue in the middle. I ran the numbers through the silicon mod calculator and there shouldn't be an issue, the bed should be flat. Are the reading wrong ? I have gaps in the print in the middle of the bed.

A warped bed should be compensated by the silicon mod, and not show this on your print.
I have seen this once when my bed was not clean. You could try to wash it with normal dishwashing soap and rince it, then dry with paper towel. This usually works much better than alcohol.

I have removed the silicon mod and the issue is still the same. The bed seems flat when I use my ruler to check but as soon as it starts printing it just doesn't get the squish in the middle. It might be the MINDA sensor trying to compensate for a deviation in Z which is not there. I'm quite lost with this. I usually print in the centre and whatever I print there, has the Z too high.
