RE: Show your enclosures
Thanks to the Prusa Mini's Low footprint I can use the TV Cabinet.

The venting is used to keep the emissions out.

Re: The drawers
You can print them at 90% on the x/y axis, but it does mess with the magnet and screw holes and 5 across won't be such a perfect fit as the original

Ah, yes, I see that..... now. I started from recent posts and didn't check the breadcrumbs. I'm very impressed with the mini enclosures on show, neat tidy, and fit home decors. I'll quietly leave the room lol.

Oh don't worry, I just felt the need to tell you!
Your enclosure is quite impressive, too - people in the MK3 forum will appreciate it for sure 😀

A friendly reminder that this thread is meant for Prusa Mini enclosures, not MK3s 🙂
RE: Show your enclosures
You only have to use shorter extrusions 😉

Thanks for the hint. The Mini would be happy to live in a larger house 🙂

RE: Show your enclosures
Just finished putting LACK v1 together. There may be few things to add - like make some kind of spool holder outside or hanging from ceiling, print or make frames to put around plexi to fill gaps, maybe stack the third table once I finish sewin masks, and get paving stone to put some mass to it - which will come later because all but essential stores are closed.
RE: Show your enclosures
Just Purchase this server cabinet for mini printer it has removable sides and front, waiting on printer now only just ordered recently and don't expect to August so it gives me plenty of time to get ready and read up on the Prusa Mini and 3D printing as I am a newbie and this is my first printer.

Definitely not, see all those air slots. Servers like airflow. That said, there's multiple reasons to use an enclosure. Pets, children, curious people, dust to name some that come to mind. Also despite not being airtight, it'll still help with drafts and even retain a bit of the temp to help with printing. And if you plan to put in a exhaust, you'll still need to let air in somehow.
PS: My first Prusa is on order and it's my first post/comment here, so (in my best Dr Nick voice) Hi Everybody!

So did you remove the cage from the inside, or is there enough room for the printer with the rack supports in place? I'm looking at getting a similar unit, and it comes with a power strip that mounts to the internal rack supports. If you need to remove them for the printer to fit, then I will get one without the power strip and simply use a different one outside the case.
