I have the same issue. I already bought a cable for data transfer ( https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B07LG8J7YZ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) but it does not help.
Do you have other suggestions for me what i can try?
Printer: Prusa Mini+
Firmware: 3.4.3
Raspberry Pi 4 with the latest stable Octo Print

@Sunny this is the wrong cord, this is for data transfer only, you need to get the 2 way cord. You will notice that the catual wire on the cord is a bit larger than the standard cords.

So i need a usb 3.0 cable which can make full-duplex data transfer?
Or is a usb 2.0 cable with half-duplex even possible?

Thanks for that. Now i orderd a half-dublex cable from Amazon Basic and this works fine.

Can you link the cable here? I'm looking for a longer cable. I'm presently using 6" cable and I need a cable length of about 18"
