Yes, but you need an adapter to convert the HDMI out to USB.

Thanks for the quick reply, will this work straight by just using the PrusaLink ? Also can you plug this direct into the MK4 USB-C?

I'ver just seen the GoPro and it does not have a HDMI only a usb mini port, so not sure if this will work, that's why he's going to give it to me to try?

My trust-level in PrusaLink is very very low - I use OctoPrint instead and there it was plug and play once you have the adapter.  I'm told newer GoPros can use the USB connection directly as a web-cam, but my Hero6 isn't one of them.

I used a Micro HDMI (for the GoPro) to HDMI cable and 4K HDMI Video Capture Card (you can find a lot of different models, prices etc if you look for it) and it was plug and play.  You have to massage some GoPro settings to avoid having it record all the camera settings but otherwise it's plug and play. On the Raspberry Pi (RaspiOS) it shows up as any other web-cam will, so it will probably work in every type of application that looks for a web-cam.  Since there isn't a real OS behind "PrusaLink" I really have no clue if it will work - I did notice they have a VERY short list of supported cameras, so "maybe".

There's plenty of GoPro models, but most of them pretty much is the same theme/features with different wrappings. Commonly for the models I've had is that the plugs are hidden behind "water proof" sealed doors. To charge the unit you have to slide one of the doors to see the USB plugs. Just like you have to do to get to the battery. Allows the camera to be used in rain and other slightly wet areas. But it makes getting to the plugs harder, and it's not easy to tell where those ports/doors are by just looking at the camera.  That said, on my model if you've charged the GoPro from a USB charger, you've opened the same door where the Micro HDMI is.  What can be tricky is that the HDMI plug is SMALLER than the USB plug so you may even have tried to use that to insert the charger (will not fit).

I have the same challenge on some Raspberry Pi models so I have a few HDMI/Mini-HDMI converters around for that reason alone.  Note, the plug is much smaller than the Mini HDMI you see one some Raspberry Pis - it can easily be confused with an old USB type plug so look again, or provide the model number.
