Z-Hop

Hi.

What happened to Z-Hop?  Was that removed from PrusaSlicer, or does it have a different name now?  If it is still there, where is it hiding?

Thanks!

RE: Z-Hop

Its where its always been and has the same name its always had.  Its never been called Z hop, its in Printer Settings>Extruder>Retraction>Lift Z.

There's also an override under Filament Settings>>Filament Overrides if a particular filament needs a different value to that configured for the extruder.

Also for the last several versions it has been possible to search the settings in Prusa Slicer.  Use the magnifying glass icon that is available top right when you have any of the 3 profiles selected/editing or by using cntrl+F.  Putting a simple "z" in there shows all 4 settings that relate to Z.  Click on an item once it appears in the search list and it takes you directly to the setting.  See https://help.prusa3d.com/article/search-function_196752

Yeah, I never had occasion to use in PS, so I never knew what it was called... I just read other posts were people were still calling it z-hop, so I figured it must have a name change since I could not find it by that moniker.

I found z-lift right where you said.  Thank you.  I must have looked over it a dozen times today, and it never really sunk in.  Thanks.
