Wipe tower not available for muti-material supports?
I have a Voron 2.4/300 with the MissChanger mod and PS 2.9.4. I want to print a model in PETG using PLA supports, but when I select 'supports everywhere', I get an error message saying "the wipe tower currently supports non-soluble supports only if they are printed with the current extruder without triggering a tool change..."
This doesn't make a lot of sense to me - it implies that the wipe tower *does* support soluble supports, but why would the slicer care whether the support filament is soluble or not, and why would I use a wipe tower in the first place if I wasn't doing toolhead changes?
Can someone please explain this to me? TIA
Frank

Basically, with the stock slicer if you don't have "Top contact Z distance" set to zero then you can't set a specific support extruder while having a wipe tower at the same time.
