Why does printing always start at the front right corner of the part? Can it be changed?

I am using a Prusa MK3S+ and every printer starts at the front right creating diagonal first layer lines. I would like to change this to front left so that I can see the first layer condition sooner. The shape of the print head assembly with the fan, etc. block the front right view so it has to print quite a bit before becoming visible.

If you want that different then just change the infill angle from the default value.

I don't think infill angle is used for the first layer. In any case you can't change the angle to -45 degrees.

It is.

You are correct, and that's because PS is based on 360°

meaning you need to set it to 225° instead 45° to turn it 180°...

If at first you don't succeed, skydiving is not for you.

Thanks again.

I finally decided on 135° because the right rear of the print head assembly has no fans and less overhang so it becomes visible quickest. (I like to make sure the first layer is looking good before I walk away.)
