What is this?
Hi,
New here and new to Prusa Slicer. I have a qustion about a print I'm printing witch have a small "defekt" and I can't seem to figure out why??
The vertical lines see here are in the print as well. How do I get rid of them?

I assume you are talking about the seams (start and endpoints of a layer). You can't get rid of them. You can only change there placement.
