Weird witdth issue
Hello Forum,
I have a Delta (homemade Kossel XL) for 4 years now. Some time ago I swapped my PC and migrated from Kissslicer to Prusaslicer. I get almost perfect prints, but I have one major issue. The first picture is the printed part and the wall supposed to be completely flat. The inconsistenties appear at places where there is a hole in the wall. I don't think it is a mechanical issue. Where to start troubleshooting...

There are long threads on setting wall thickness in Slicer to to ensure the part is printable. Search the web or Prusa's site, too. Essentially, some thicknesses are a problem for Slicer (both the org and Prusa's version). Try Cura, or Simplify3D. those slicers tend do do better on maintaining walls.
