Prusa stacking models

Hi, I am using Prusa 2.2.0 with a Tronxy XY-2 PRO Titan.

When I select more than one stl file, Prusa is stacking them on the GUI. I can unstack them, but it takes a fair bit of mucking around if the are 3 or 4 small parts. I am pretty sure that this was not happening when I first started using Prusa. I have the settings set to auto centre parts, so it is not that. Can anyone help? The Tronxy printer uses a variation of Marlin fw.

After adding the STLs, press the aut0-arrange button at the top.
