weird slicer problems
so ive been remaking an model that was broken and when i go to put it in prusa slicer it says its broken and fills in random parts of it when they are not modeled like that in fusion. to fix this i have to click on the triangle that repairs it then it slices fine
when exported as 3MF however it doesnt fill holes but still says its broken

google drive link of all files i could think that would be needed
can i get some help and insight for this? i would like to make this public but dont want to give people broken files
RE: weird slicer problems
did a stupid mistake in fusion redid the model and now all works well
RE: weird slicer problems
Thanks for updating the post, many folk, just let it hang, when they realise an error on their own part...
Would you like to enlighten us as to what the mistake was, so we don't do the same thing?
regards Joan

RE:
So when I was designing the fins that connect the outer and inner bodies I had extruded 20mm forward then I had extruded and called for a join feature and pulled it 40mm to the rear of the model causing non-manifold verts/edges to appear, I had then revolved that same feature making even more non-manifold verts/edges which made PrusaSlicer really unhappy
Photo below are non-manif verts/edges shown in meshlab
so all in all shortcuts don't always work some times they WILL drive you to confusion don't be dumb like me :)
RE: weird slicer problems
side note: this was the same problem that the original model had which caused issues when trying convert to solid in fusion360 which led me to remodel it!
