Update to PrusaSlicer 2.7.2 broke PrusaLink

I was successfully sending gcode to my XL via PrusaLink. I updated to 2.7.2 final and changed nothing else, and it no longer works, I get this error message:

PrusaSlicer has encountered an error

Upload has failed. There is no suitable storage found at <hostname>.

Couldn't connect to server:
Failed to connect to <hostname> port 80 after 1 ms: Couldn't connect to server
[Error 7]

Also the "Test" button in Printer Settings > Gear Icon shows the same error message, starting at the "Couldn't connect to server:" part.

When I do a quick test in Terminal with curl using that same hostname, I can connect and I get a response:
