Tool/Extruder designation in start g-code.
I'm migrating to PrusaSlicer from S3D and i pretty much got it all setup now except the selection of first tool.
So i'm running a 3 tool setup (with RRF2) and i want to "automate" the selection of a prints first tool, but i can't find a placeholder that does the trick.
Or am i bound to allways ensure that the first tool used in the print is for instance T0 and swap the filament around on the tools accordingly?
