There is an object with no extrusions on the first layer
v2.3.1
Print Setting: 0.40mm quality
Filament: Prusament PLA
Printer: Prusa Mini+ 0.8 nozzle
^ all default from slicer
my mini+ is using 0.8 nozzle.

it have the error ->> There is an object with no extrusions on the first layer
what could be wrong?

This has very thin parts designed at about the limit of a 0.4mm nozzle. With a 0.8mm nozzle you are going to find it exceedingly difficult at best...
