The stepper motor's dynamic response is unstable.
Good morning, experts.
The power supply voltage at the equipment site fluctuates significantly. Under standard voltage, the stepper motor operates normally. However, when the voltage is low, the motor's acceleration and deceleration response becomes erratic, with inconsistent and chaotic operation.
Replacing the power supply module is not currently feasible. Besides voltage regulation, what settings for the motor or driver can be adjusted to improve this situation?
Any experts have suggestions or guidance?
