I have some suggestions that I would like to see for a new version of PrusaSlicer!

1. You have the option to change the Extrusion Multiplier for the first layer

2. You can save "Scale" factors to each filament, like XYZ from 100% scale to 100.5% scale.

3.Tree Support Like Curas

I really really should have this response ready to cut and paste.  This is a user to user forum mainly.  While the dev's do pop by occasionally its not used for issues or feature requests.

The correct place to raise a bug report (issue) or to make a feature request is the Prusa Slicer github project.  That is located here https://github.com/prusa3d/PrusaSlicer/issues

Items raised there are tracked and get an issue number.

When opening a new issue please follow all the posted guidelines.  More importantly please do a thorough search using multiple likely keywords to check that there isn't already an existing one.  With over 1900 open issues and many more closed ones it is likely that its already exists.

Feature requests are also best done as one feature to one post as they can be tracked separately.

For the ones you posted all of them already have items that match, item 3 already exists and has many many replies already  https://github.com/prusa3d/PrusaSlicer/issues/1514

Item 1 has  -  https://github.com/prusa3d/PrusaSlicer/issues/6025 but there are other similar requests too.  Although this can already be achieved by adding in some custom gcode to the layer section in printer profile.  You could set up a layer based check and increase flow rates depending on the layer you are on.

Item 2 -  this one touches upon the problem https://github.com/prusa3d/PrusaSlicer/issues/515
so does this one https://github.com/prusa3d/PrusaSlicer/issues/3059
and this https://github.com/prusa3d/PrusaSlicer/issues/814
