I have Veho600 large size printer and I am using Prusa 5.2 slicer.

Nozzle size is 0.8mm. Speed 60mm/sec. PLA printing  temperature is 210C.

The first layar is printed always well. The surface of the second layer is printed rough. Then, the nozzle start hitting the rough printed pieces. It cousess layer shifting.

How to adjust Slicer settings to prevent second layer rough printing?

Please share a copy of a project file, so that we can see what settings you have at the moment.

open prusa slicer, add a small STL, then chose 'File' then 'save project as'

add a suitable name, and save the file,
then ZIP compress the file,

then attach the zipped file to your next post.

For some reason your system is rejecting to download my Gcode file format.

Is there some different way to send you this file?

Please let me know and have a good day.

RE:

1. import your object into prusa slicer.

2. press the slice now button.

3. Now go to the file tab, found at the top left of the slicer.

4. Now select Save project as.

5. Give it a name e.g. TEST.

6. The file is then saved as TEST.3mf.

7. Compress this TEST.3mf file to a TEST.zip file.

8. Attach this file to the message.

I can't answer that for you.

Please ask your question directly to one of the moderators of this forum.

By the way, did you know that questions are asked every day in the non-designated subgroups?

RE: SteveDin

The Prusa slicer is not able to  complete infill pattern. How to correct this problem??

Prusa slicer 5.2.    The file is OBJ file format but identical damage happens with the STL file too.
