Solid infill corners with voids

I do not know if this topic has been discussed already, but I have no clue what to really search for.
I am using Prusa Slicer 2.5.2 and Duet3D Hardware with the latest RepRap firmware.
My Hemra Extruder uses a 0.6 mm CHT Nozzel.
I think the extruded material in my solid infill layer should be enough. However for me it seems that the Prusa Slicer does not calculate the paths correctly for the „forward“ and „backward“ corners.
In the forward corners there seems to be an under extrusion while in the backwards corners there seems to be an over extrusion. In the 90 degrees corners the amount of material seems to be correct.
May this be something general or something specific to my machine/setup?
Note1: I am using the Pressure Advance and Non-Linear Extrusion features of the RepRap firmware. Maybe this could have an effect.
Note2: In case the 45 degrees infill pattern goes the opposite direction, the issue with the forward and backwards corners stays the same, so I would not expect this topic to be mechanical.
Note3: If the infill would be shifted to the forward corner direction, I think this should be fine.

I think this might be an arachne problem, try slicing using the "classic" perimeter generator under "Layers and perimeters"

thanks for the reply. Unfortunately it looks like disabling Arachne did change something. But it just looks like it is extruding less in this corners. It could be that it is a little bit better. However I think if I turn up the overlap or extrusion rate, the issue will still be similar.

I have just sliced the exact same project file with same settings, using the release version of 2.6.0 and the issue seems to have disappeared. Earlier I was using the release version of 2.5.0.
