slicing with supports everywhere causing errors

When I slice this model with support on build plate only its has no problems but if I slice with support everywhere it gives this error message.

"Empty layers detected, the output would not be printable.
Object name: sn834563271.stl
Print z: 175.600000
This is usually caused by negligibly small extrusions or by a faulty model. Try to repair the model or change its orientation on the bed."

I already spent a lot of time fixing and combining meshes to get it to this point. What can I do to fix this?

RE: slicing with supports everywhere causing errors

I decided to try and slice it with a profile I had successfully used for another print that uses support everywhere and it sliced normally. I then changed the layer height from .25 to .3. That was the only thing I changed and when I re-sliced I get the error again. I could just go with .25 but its was already going to be a 30 hour print. Id like to decrease that print time a little.
