Slicer support issues

OK so I changed my support settings to the recommendations of some users. But When I print now the files are failing. Any help?

I see the rough undersides. Exactly how are they failing? Are parts coming detached mid-print, or just coming out poorly? Save your current  3MF project file, zip it up, and attach it to a reply here so we can see your part & settings and give better recommendations.

Thanks for replying. I am on a Mac, so not sure how to zip my settings. They are just coming out poorly at the end. If I stick to the stock settings they look good except when I try to get the supports off it leaves unwanted filament on the part that just won't come off. As you can see very rough edges wherever the supports attach.

Also the ends of the axle are supposed to be round.

Right-click->Compress

On Mac, just right-click on the file and choose compress. That should create a .zip archive that you can attach to a reply.

Do a File->Save project to create a 3MF project file. Zip that up and attach it to a reply. We can pull setting out of a gcode file but there's still a lot of info that can only be seen in the 3MF project file.
