slicer leaves gap

slicer leaves gap

hi everyone, i just ran into a problem where slicer leaves tiny gap over the entire height of the model. is this normal? i tried to remodel this thing twice and its all the samesliced model with gap

that looks like the 'Z' seam, where each layer starts and stops. 

How thick are your funnel walls?
If you could print the funnel with Vase Mode, 
this would be less of a problem!

Note, the model MUST be solid, for Vase mode to work!

Not sure exactly what we're supposed to be looking for in those pictures but the only thing I can spot is the Z-seams, as Joan pointed out. It's where one layer ends and the nozzle moves up to the next layer. In models with corners, the slicer will hide the Z-seam in a corner but on round object there's no way to hide it.

I keep my PSU outside a cabinet and don't have it mounted to the printer, needed to design a new mount for it already.  

Any brands people like? I have seen mean well mentioned. Do people find the self cooling vs the fan cooled supplies more reliable?
