Skirt / Brimm V Simplify3D
Using Simplyfy3D and a Skirt 2 layers high I can print this model on my Anycubic I3 Mega without any issues.

In Slic3rPE the skirt does not give any support to the model, and the Brim is only one layer high with no option to set a higher brim? therefore the print fails!
Suggestion, add multiple layer option to the brim setting or have Skirt ignore support areas.
Unless I am missing something?

I believe you missed something in Prusa Slicer. If you would be willing to share your design one of the folks here could show you how to slice it properly. Remember this forum is mainly for Prusa i3 users but we should be able to help you with getting a good GCODE file for your Anycube.

I can slice fine on my Anycubic with Simplyfy3D no issues.

I see what you are getting won't work unless you do the "Supports: Everywhere" and Brim "on". That will work a lot better.
Should you wish to manually create supports you can from in your design
OR
Alternatively you can create objects that are support modifier shapes that you add to the model. Blocks that intersect the object and create supports. There are examples online. I cannot attach here. I will try to send you a link in PM.

I can add supports manually that's fine, they are manually added in the picture. Is just such a small contact area that the model falls of the print bed with only one layer of Brim. And Skirt does not touch it!
So I can't print this on my Prusa but can on my Anycubic. The difference is the slicer. There are profiles for Prusa in Simplyfy3D. It does not, however, support the MMU

I've printed some very tall thin tubes (8mm diameter, 0.8mm wall thickness and 15cm high) for a project and the 1 layer brim has worked well for that (in pla) without them falling over. From your description it sounds like the part is breaking away from a 1 layer brim ?
If I had to print that model I would do this
With a properly cleaned bed theres enough adhesion and it would print.
If you want to make completely sure then theres option 2 which uses a part modifier to create a disc. The disc can be set to whatever thickness you want to give you however many layers you want and placed/sized wherever you want. Its a hack as its a manual method but it does work. 'Ive printed inverted cones in the past using the bottom disc method.
I do wish the support contact on the plate had an option not to use the back and forth pattern but a solid area as if the bed isnt absolutely clean it can peel up on the ends. I thinks theres a request in on github for that already though 🙂

In P.Slicer you can add solid parts in places you need supports, these will not have the silly 50% support base and will adhere better. Then supports build off of the solid part. Infill of these parts can also be modified to use less plastic.
I do have a github feature request for more control over supports; both the 50% issue, and better control of orphan towers (a 2mm tower that is expect to reach 180 mm is a bit ridiculous).
