Scarring when moving between ironed parts in "Complete Individual Objects" mode

Hi,

I'm having an issue where the slicer fails to insert a Z-hop in the final move to begin the next part after ironing the first part in "Complete Individual Objects" mode.

This results in a scar on the ironed surface.

I'm using the Prusa Slicer default settings for the "0.2mm structural" profile with the following overrides:

- Enable Ironing + Topmost Surface Only

- Generate Support Material

- Complete Individual Objects

I'm using Prusa Slicer 2.9.2 on Win10 with Core One.

Thanks!

You could probably inject some custom G-code for the lift but that's generally unadvisable unless you know exactly what you're doing... probably you should make a bug report on prucaslicer git...

This has zero to do with ironing or with complete individual objects.  It will do the same even without those settings when printing multiple objects.

Check that you don't have ramping lift enabled.  The setting is under Printers>Extruder 1>Travel Lift.  But also check your filament profile as that's also an option in the Filament Overrides section.

This little nugget of info was found by ClayShoaf and mentioned in this issue on the PS github https://github.com/prusa3d/PrusaSlicer/issues/12764
