Retraction works correctly, but deretraction does not

Hi, in PrusaSlicer, the first layer retraction and deretraction work correctly, but the deretraction value for subsequent layers is incorrect, it remains the same as the retraction value.

Retraction 0.5, deretraction 2

PrusaSlicer:

first layer

G1 E-.5 F2100 ; retract
G1 Z.5 F7800 ; lift Z
G1 X258.702 Y151.359 ; move to first perimeter point
G1 Z.1 ; restore layer Z
G1 E2.5 F2100 ; ; unretract

next layers

G1 X258.239 Y151.342 E-.20561 ; wipe and retract
G1 X257.567 Y151.252 E-.21676 ; wipe and retract
G1 X257.332 Y151.192 E-.07763 ; wipe and retract
G1 Z.6 F7800 ; lift Z
G1 X40.744 Y268.597 ; move to first perimeter point
G1 Z.1 ; restore layer Z
G1 E.5 F2100 ; ; unretract

Slic3r:

first layer

G1 E-0.50000 F2100.00000 ; retract extruder 0
G1 Z0.500 F7800.000 ; lift Z
G1 X112.639 Y113.920 F7800.000 ; move to first perimeter point
G1 Z0.100 F7800.000 ; restore layer Z
G1 E2.50000 F2100.00000 ; unretract extruder 0

next layers

G1 X112.716 Y113.898 E-0.06375 ; wipe and retract
G1 E-0.43625 F2100.00000 ; retract extruder 0
G1 Z0.600 F7800.000 ; lift Z
G1 X170.186 Y165.249 F7800.000 ; move to first perimeter point
G1 Z0.100 F7800.000 ; restore layer Z
G1 E2.50000 F2100.00000 ; unretract extruder 0

Is this a software issue or something needs to be changed in the PrusaSlicer settings?
