PrusaSlicer How to delete a printer preset in 2.9.2
Since changing PC and updating to 2.9.2 I accidently added the incorrect profile. Now I cannot remove it and its causing mayhem with my printing....online the imformation has all been superceded with the updated Prusaslicer versions...please help

If its a system profile you run the wizard again and deselect the one(s) you don't want. If its a user profile or added in afterwards then you get a delete profile icon (big orange X) next to the drop down, next to the Save and Rename icons.

That's what I thought...however I have run the wizard and the deleted printer is still showing and appears as the default for each print; I also tried the user profile method and I am not getting an orange X against any profiles including the ones I created.

Look where your PrusaSlicer configuration files are stored. They are text files, you can manually delete it. I have multiple printer profiles that are customized for options and can choose them in the slicer.
On my Linux computer they are in ~/.config/PrusaSlicer Search for the file name of the printer you have on your system.
