PrusaSlicer configuration for 2 different models

Is there a way to store different configurations that when you change printers (MK3S/MMU2S to MK2.5S and back) the filament settings retain the proper modified settings? I tries the configuration "snap shot", but that doesn't work for me.  Maybe an INI file with the different models to store settings would be good. Then I pick the 2.5 it's filament settings would show up, and when I switch to the MK3S with the MMU2S, all those filaments would be configured like I had them the last time I switched

If you save a project file (File->Save project as...), a .3MF file is created that will contain all of your current settings. If you have modified any saved presets, the modified versions will be saved in the project file. This is handy to save a single combination of print, filament, and printer settings.

You can create or modify presets to only show with a specific printer configuration, but it's not a trivial exercise. I've got detailed notes on this process here. Using dependencies, you can control (albeit clumsily) what presets will work with which printer. I use this to have only suitable filament and print settings presets show up for each of my 3 printer types.
