PrusaSlicer 2.9.3 Final is out

We released the final version of 2.9.3 last week!

Key Features in PrusaSlicer 2.9.3

New "Consistent Surface" cooling: Smarter logic for improved outer wall quality on fast layers.

Short travel acceleration: Reduces ringing by slowing only the shortest travels on external perimeters.

Custom G-code parameters: Define your own variables in profiles for flexible G-code customization.

RE:

Well, this is awkward. Updated to this version and immediately lost MMU3 functionality on the Core One we're using in the office here at work.

PrusaSlicer workflow is the same, but it consistently fails to generate the actual Change Extruder Gcode when slicing. Preview shows the color changes but the actual code is just a continuous run with Extruder 1.

Tried rolling back to 2.9.2 by downloading that old version installer from the website and it doesn't even have the option for the Core One with MMU3 in the Configuration Wizard (where I know for a fact it was present when I installed that version of the slicer the first time).

What is going on? We need this functionality for the things we're printing at work for 5S projects we're using it for (basically printing tool holders for various tools throughout the machine shop--end mills, etc., with clear labeling with contrasting colors between the main body of the part and the lettering).

Tried to delete previous post, but update for fix. Manually nuked installation (uninstall, browse to various folders where installation files/configs/etc. were stored, deleted them) and performed a fresh install and things seem to be back to normal.

No idea how the update process messed up so spectacularly, but going forward we'll just uninstall/perform a fresh install.
