PrusaSlicer 2.4.0 and Configuration update

I just did a clean install of 2.4.0. I checked for configuration updates and got this which says for 2.4.0 rc. Does the 2.4.0 already come with the latest configuration? How can I tell what version I already have? Thanks!!!
