Prusa startup error on Debian

Hi,

When starting Prusa, I receive the error below. I've installed the package from the Debian Repo. Any ideas on how to resolve?

ConfigBase::set_deserialize() failed for parameter "gcode_flavor", value "marlin2"

System info
Linux 5.10.0-15-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 5.10.120-1 (2022-06-09) x86_64 GNU/Linux
prusa-slicer: Installed: 2.3.0+dfsg-1

Thanks,

Have you tried running either/both of the .appimage files directly from Prusa?

After I posted, I found the current .AppImage, DL'd it and it does run without error.

Any ideas/suggestions getting the .deb package running without the start up error?

I get the same error.  I was running 2.4 no issues, upgraded t0 2.5.0.   I cannot launch the app directly without get the same error message:

ConfigBase::set_deserialize() failed for parameter "gcode_flavor", value "marlin2"

Running Win 10 / 64 - MSI - Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10875H CPU @ 2.30GHz 2.30 GHz

The only work around I found was to run using the .AppImage. I was only trying the slicer out, never used really used it for generating gcode. Haven't tried to start the app since.

I'm guessing that it's something with a config file, but haven't had the time to troubleshoot.
