Prusa Slicer v Cura Dec 2021
I have 4 x MK3S and use PrusaSlicer for all of my slicing into g-codes however lately stringing has became a major issue with small pieces so I thought I would check out Cura, loaded up the same STL file and choose a similar standard profile at 1.5mm layer height, exported the g-code, printed the piece and there was no stringing at all using Cura, did the same thing in PruseSlicer and the stringing is still there.
I'm using PLA+ for your information.
I thought I had hit the holy grail to reduce stringing using Cura however what I did notice after printing the g-code from Cura was, parts that are meant to be slotted into each other no longer fit, it seems like Cura does something weird and expands the prints a bit or something. So I did more test and the same result happened using Cura.
Anyway, if someone has a fix for this odd behaviour using Cura I would be keen to hear what you have to say.
Getting back to the stringing issue I then reverted back to PrusaSlicer and dialled down the temputure from 215- 190 and stringing has been reduced however nowhere near as clean as the Cura profile.
Cheers.

This doesn't help your problem but may explain
RE: Prusa Slicer v Cura Dec 2021
Thank you for the link and yes I have watched this previously a few times. Cura does print clean parts with virtually no stringing however the issue now is how the prints are slightly bigger that a PrusaSlicer g-code, wish I could find an answer on this.
