Disable T# on tool change in gcode

So while working with a single nozzle multi material device I am noticing that the gcode generated by prusa slicer is placing the tool number of the tool that is listed in plater configuration at the end of each section of code for the "tool change custom gcode section" and I was wondering if there is a way in the settings to stop prusa slicer from placing those tool numbers?  The issue I have is the printer I am working with (neptune 2) has a nano board with 2 extruder ports but only a single extruder and the multi material device (3d chameleon) has 4 extruders configured and each time an object on the plater is configured to use extruder 2 (T1) the neptune is switching to the extruder 2 as instructed via the gcode but since no motor exists and the filament is loaded in to T0 via the 3D chameleon the tool change code executes and then the filament just sits in the hotend and a layer is totally skipped.

Now I have just opened the gcode file and replaced all T1 with T0 to get around this problem BUT I was wondering if there is a way to actually configure prusa slicer to just not put those tool change commands in the gcode.
