RE: Prusa Slicer possibly overextruding with 0.3mm nozzle
@Diem - interesting. What would you propose to change concerning the infill?
Read @neophyl's suggestions, even fixing the solid infill threshold there's something odd going on. Solid forces any minor inaccuracies to the surface exaggerating issues. Cubic infill would be better here imo.
Cheerio,
RE: Prusa Slicer possibly overextruding with 0.3mm nozzle
Thank you @neophyl - not pasting over the machine limits of the actual printer helped A LOT!! I was not aware that those were different - I disabled the transfer for now. The plan is to later get the values from the machine and set it right - in case I need to tweak things later.
I had the flavour set to Marlin(Legacy) on both machines - I only tried RepRap to see if it makes any difference - it did not.
Never had problems with PETG and strong cooling while printing small structures - if I reduce too much, the prints come out wobbly.
Anyhow! Thanks for your input!
