Problem with external perimeters in 2.4

Hello,

I have some strange problem with 2.4 released recently. When I slice my object there are gaps in external perimeters. This problem occurs when object is scaled from 130mm (original height) to higher values like 200-300. There are no seams, no retractions, no wipes, just gaps with movement. I will appreciate any help.

I have checked last release of SuperSlicer and there are no gaps after slicing.

You will need to save your project from PS, using file-save project as, then take the 3mf produced, zip it up and attach it to a replay here. Must be zipped or the forum won’t accept it.
Without a project it’s all guesswork and with something like this it could be either the model or the hundreds of settings.

Here is compressed project file. It's quite big. The problem is not related only to this model, others also are producing same gaps.

Bust of Philosopher - HI-RES.3mf

Below is screenshot which better describes what is going on. I selected only external perimeters from features panel.

Ok, I checked GCode and it seems like only extrusion lines above approximately E.009 are drawn in 3D view. Maybe it's some kind of optimization?

I didn't checked the source code of Prusa Slicer so it's just a guess. Maybe some Developer will be able to confirm.

Sorry Seba, I didn't get a notification of a reply so missed yours.  I also missed the fact that you were only showing the external perimeters.

With a model like that you have a lot of overhangs/bridges.  Those are dark blue on the preview.  Then there's the bridge infill etc.  Theres not as much external perimeter as you would think.  When you turn all those off then it naturally looks like it has holes in it.  Some of it too is artifacts from rendering.
