Is it possibile to print Only the shell of Objects but with support inside if needed

Simple answer is yes. There are infill options to print only where needed. The more complex answer is it rather depends on the complexity of your model and on PS best guess as to where it needs to put infill when that option is enabled.
Under Print Settings>Infill>Reducing Print Time> Only Infill where needed. Its an advanced option so you need to be in either Advanced or expert mode to see it.
