Perimeter not connected big gaps, big .STL file
Hello,
Its realy big print 600x400x450
Why slicer is doing that ? Sometimes it makes good perimeters sometimes not with same profile..
PC settings :
intel i7-7820x
48gb ram
Quadro P4000

Before Layer Change in printer configuration :
G92 E0
Still cant understant why sometimes it worked. 😀
Project file please
For any reasonable help we need your project file. There are far too many things that could impact slicing. You need to File>Save Project then take the resulting .3mf file and zip it into an archive. It must be zipped for the forum to accept the file type.
With a project file we can then see all your settings in use and debug things with much easier. Its a snapshot of everything active , so printer, model, any modifiers etc that may be in play. Without its all just guesswork.
Profile
I cant share project stl file.
I dont think thats profile problem.. its prusaslicer itself failing.
How can you explain that same profile somtimes make good sometimes not..
Missing G92 E0
Add G92 E0 command to the "before layer change g-code" section. It should fix your issue.
