Non-Modal Window Layout option doesn't work (Windows 10 Pro, PS v2.5.0)
When switching to the 'Settings in non-modal window' layout option in GUI settings, Prusaslicer doesn't change at all. I close the program, re-open it, and it's the same, no separate window with settings, just the old tabbed layout.
Another clue is when the PS splash screen pops up, it says "Preparing Settings Tabs"

Removing my cache folder and deleting the PrusaSlicer.ini + PrusaSlicer.ini.bak from:
\%APPDATA%\PrusaSlicer
my issue is now resolved. I had to go through the configuration wizard setup again, but all of my previous filament/custom printer presets remain intact. This is so much better now!

Funny, it works for me, same version on Win 10.
When the setting is changed you lose the plater/print settings/filament/printer tabs on the top but all the other controls are still there. You then can use the Window command at the top and select one of the profile options, or use the shortcuts.
SO for example Cntrl+2 for the print profile tab. That opens up a second window that has the 3 profile tabs available. You can then move or dock those 2 windows around as usual.

Yeah, not happening for me. I'll try a full uninstall/fresh install and see if that changes things. I've never been able to get this working on this PC, hopefully this works! I'm quite tired of having to tab back to the plater tab to see changes
