Is there a way to have different infills at different ranges of layers, like 100% from Z = 0.00 to Z = 50.00 and 20% above that?

Hello, you can use modifiers -  https://help.prusa3d.com/article/modifiers_1767#modifier-meshes   I hope that will help you.

Sure. Read up on height range modifiers https://help.prusa3d.com/article/modifiers_1767#height-range-modifier

Alternatively, set the number of bottom layers to say 250 bottom layers (with 0.2mm layer height) and you will get 50mm of bottom layers which may well print better than 100% infill.
